There are lots of things to talk about my own man. But i think he is the same as other husband. So i would like to tell about his learning English. He was a maths teacher and he has stopped teaching for 4 years. He told me "i want to change my career and i need a new start". I was shocked at first but i thought he had had a clear plan when telling me so. It turned out that he wanted to study English to start a new job. How panic i felt at that time. You know i supposed that he would need a long time to be improve his english. However, only one year later, he could use English confidently. This showed me that if the learner has a driving force, he can soon improve his english. And i have applied this in my teaching. Now i see that we are going to teach our students online, to create student' motivation is a big question. ELT course is a great key. After a week joining this course, i learned many useful techniques in teaching English from both instructor and colleagues.
