VietNam is facing covid 19.It affects to the life of people.Everyone can't work and students can't go to school so all of them have to study online.To teach online ,teachers and students have to prepare computer or smart phone.It's very difficult to many poor families , multi-child families and people who live in places without internet.Especially for primary shool students.They are too young to use computer if having computer problem.
