Primary research is basically the collection of raw data by way of a research study. Its aim is to answer specific questions for your current objecive while data is gathered directly from the market. To do a primary research, we are likely to conduct a survey, run an interview, a focus group, observe behaviour or do experiment. The quality of data is controlled carefully and specific to our needs.
