In the midst of Covid-19 era, dining out is a luxury. If the lockdown ends, I will definitely go to a BBQ restaurant. I would go for pork belly, tenderloin or meat with marbling. The lean and the fat together make the meat slice not so dry after grilled, instead it will tender and juicy. The succulent slices with kimchi, fermented cabbage, would be a perfect match. The spicy flavor of kimchi will balance out the oiliness of the meat. Wow, my mouth is watering literally!
