Definition:

 -A primary research is a contemporary accounts of an event, someone who experienced or witnessed the event in question.

  -It is original research (i.e., they are not about another document or account).It is often a diary, letter, journal, speech, manuscript, interview and other such unpublished work.

 -It may also include published pieces including newspaper or magazine articles , photographs, audio or video recordings, research reports in the natural or social sciences, or original literary or theatrical works.
